Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage online shop business opportunities, generate & update website contents.
- Develop creative and proven promotion initiatives to maximize sales and profit.
- Plan, co-ordinate and implement marketing activities.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with customers and internal parties.
- Create & update all marketing materials and digital activities at different social media channels.
- Monitor the engagement, responding to and interacting with prospective customers and keeping branding current.
- Support sales & marketing in product promotion and documentation work.
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Detailed oriented, responsible, independent, analytical and data driven.
- Strong understanding of buying behavior in different markets.
- Strong in customer service and problem-solving with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
