Job Description:

Reporting to CEO of HKTIA; you, as a subject matter expert and driver of integrated marketing experience for the insurance business within the HKT Group. Collaboration is key. The role is inclusive of collaborating with different business units within our group and being an owner of our difference online and offline insurance touchpoints include but not limited to website and health-related app. You are a leader in driving marketing performance forward with laser eye focus on driving the communication of our purpose, impacting our customers positively, and making our brand stronger. You will need to have solid experience in marketing & communication, a proven track record of managing projects end to end, solid understanding of digital technology impacts, and digital marketing best practices.

Your role:

  • Define  Go-to-Market strategies and roadmap for integrated marketing communications including digital presence
  • Spearheads development of online platforms for digital engagement, create values to the customers and achieve KPIs and company goal
  • To lead and support the implementation of the marketing campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams or external parties and manage the deliverables within the project timelines
  • Generate ideas and be creative to design appealing marketing offers for customer experienceContinuous support and growth teammate, ensure the marketing campaigns and content materials are comply with insurance related activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with segment leadership, to understand growth objectives, business priorities and market trends. Become the segment's go-to marketing communications expert.
  • Work with Data team to prepare the targeted customer segmentation and track result to acquire new customers and sales.
  • Budget forecast and monitor expenses for marketing strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, channels and spending. Handles special projects/ initiatives as assigned 

To succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is required
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant business, marketing or strategy experience. Previous experience in insurance company or intermediary services for life insurance, health insurance or general insurance related fields is required with demonstrated ability to gain insights from observed customer behaviours and create corresponding marketing strategies
  • Solid experience on content development and know how to manage the control parties effectively
  • Experience in digital marketing and sales growth
  • Proven operational and executional skills with strong project management capabilities
  • Analytical skills, and data driven.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbally with good presentation skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Result focused, can-do attitude and strong ownership
