Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

As a Client Services Advisor of our Client Services Center (Call Center), you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

Working in this dynamic and vibrant call centre environment you will have a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a world class experience each and every time they contact the business.

You will proactively deliver a luxury and customer centric experience by developing relationships with all clients in answering queries knowledgeably and effectively.

  • Ensure the daily operations of the Call Center is smooth and align with the company's business strategy
  • Take lead and take ownership in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience, work closely with various departments and Stores to make sure guests' expectations are met and exceeded
  • Build relationships with clients by handling guests' expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions
  • Contribute and assist to achieve all sales & KPI targets
  • Develop relationships with clients by handling guests' expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions
  • Work closely with Stores to enhance guests’ needs and wants
Key Requirements & Competencies
  • At least 2 years extensive experiences in customer services or luxury retail
  • Able to thrive in a call center environment with strong passions and commitment
  • Demonstrate Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility and Commercial Mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and guest oriented with selling and retail operational skills
  • Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives
  • Able to commit to work with flexible hours in shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and in writing
  • Good computer literacy
