Job Description
About the Role:
This role will report to our product Manager to support KPay One-stop Smart POS Solution.
Job Duties:
- Act as primary contact point of the team to work closely with internal and external parties
- To prepare and draft the products requirements, features
- Translate the business requirements to R&D Team
- Participate in UAT phase to assist the product launch
- Perform any ad-hoc assigned
Requirements:
- Over 3 years or above related working experience product management in CRM, merchant portal, digital banking, ecommerce or consumer Web & App platform.
- Experienced in prepare business logic flows by Lucidchart, Figma, Drawio…etc
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude, Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English, both written and verbal communications
