Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy by building annual plan;
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products & content;
• Perform in-depth analysis of the campaigns to constantly improve the ad performance in achieving KPI assigned;
• Implement SEO & SEM initiatives to generate lead, traffic, drive the performance of campaigns, and to enhance brand awareness;
• Passion for social media with in-depth knowledge of platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo & YouTube, etc.) & insight on upcoming social media trend;
• Monitoring and managing the daily operation of both China and HK eCommerce platforms, including developing customer journey, product & content management, market research and sales performance analysis;
• Support any ad hoc project assigned.

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or other related discipline  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce platform in FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Experience in China market (Tmall, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, TikTok and KOL management) is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics or equivalent tools
• Experiences in Digital Marketing Project Management such as website promotion, email advertisement, Facebook advertising is preferred
• Be an excellent team player and possess leadership qualities
• Be proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Capable to work under pressure independently in multiple project environment
