Job responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate and implement marketing plans and events to achieve business objectives and create brand awareness.
• Develop and maintain strategic content for product description and promotion.
• Manage and execute digital initiatives including websites, social media platforms, SEM, SEO and other interactive platforms.
• Formulate strategic initiatives that add value to influencer experience and performance.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing campaigns and prepare competitive analysis.
• Consolidate reports of advertising and marketing performance.
• Assist to streamline and coordinate both online and offline marketing activities.
• Nurture the user community and identify collaboration brands and parties.
• Support daily operations, perform general clerical work and any ad-hoc assignment.

Job requirements:

• University graduate
• 3-4 year working experience in retail / F&B industry
• Experience in social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe
• Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of digital analytics tools desirable
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Conversational Mandarin is an advantage
