Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support e-Commerce (cross-border / local) business and daily operations including sales performance review, promotion planning and inventory control etc;
• Responsible to maintain the accuracy of product information and support simple translation;
• Work closely with external and internal teams to ensure smooth running of the e-Commerce daily operations;
• Assist to process administrative task within BU including sales transaction report / purchasing order / sales order generation to ensure operation runs smoothly;
• Process adhoc task when required;

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Ecommerce / Information Technology / Business Management or related disciplines;
• 2 years or above e-Commerce experience in retail industry;
• Experience with CMS is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Mature, proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy;
