Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Ecom Ads in different channels including but not limited to Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Retargeting Ad to ensure Ecom site traffic
• Develop social media content to support different Ecom campaign e.g. product launch, new brand launch, monthly promotion, seasonal Ecom shopping festival, etc.
• Manage email marketing and affiliate marketing to maximize Ecom sales
• Review and optimize SEM performance to drive Ecom traffic growth
• Track and analyse online marketing performance. Perform regular optimization to continuously improve conversion rate and average order value
• Create member exclusive Ecom offer through member App to maximize repeat purchase
• Develop promotional materials for sales maximization at different online marketplaces
• Stay on top of market and technology trends and assess competitive landscape to do regular review on Ecom marketing tools & enhancement needs

• Degree holder with at least 2-5 years' experience in E-Business / Digital Marketing or other related disciplines. Experience in digital marketing agency is preferable
• Proficient understanding of Ecom Marketing best practice and experience in different online advertising tools
• Digital savvy, creative and passionate about social media and new communication channels
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and being a collaborative team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
