 What do you need to do?

• Understand merchants’ business models and leverage the information to make customers adopt AlipayHK features, payment and marketing solution
• Familiar with AlipayHK e-payment features and miniApp development to explore and develop new business to meet the target of Up/Cross-selling
• Handle merchants’ enquiries and answer incoming questions over phone calls and e-mail
• Develop, nurture and maintain a strong and long-term relationship with merchants
• Perform account set-up and document verification of new merchant applications by connecting internal and external parties
• Work closely with the technical team to provide effective feedback on development tasks and suggest new features

What do you need to have?

• Diploma in Business Management / Marketing or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience, merchant network connection is an advantage
• Proactive, self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of electronic payment and Mini APP technologies is an advantage
• Able to work as a team with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Web savvy
