Job Description
At Powertech Corporation, located in Science Park, we do the IOT and Electronics Accessories, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior creative designer to support the market. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, he or she will be responsible for all designs, creatives and video editing tasks etc. This is your opportunity to bring your passion, share your skills and knowledge here and develop your career.
Marketing and Communications
- Plan and execute marketing communication campaigns as workshop, roadshow and event, etc. to raise brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion.
- Coordinate with brands and internal teams to develop marketing communications plan for product launches
- Liaise with the retainer agency, brands and internal functions on PR campaign planning and execution to achieve business objectives
- Liaise with regional creative team and local freelancers to produce consumer-centric collaterals for campaigns
- Responsible for GWP production project and ensure the quality
- Initiate and coordinate brand partnership campaigns to broaden customer database and drive traffic to E-commerce and brick & mortar stores
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and report on key KPIs, and identify key areas for improvement, accomplish ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
- Plan and collaborate with key departments to develop Social Media calendar and campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion
- Take ownership of management of Social Media platforms including content creation, creative assets management, ad plan, and reporting
- Analyse Social channel result and suggest action plans to improve and optimize social media performance
- Responsible for copywriting and post scheduling to ensure the upkeep of the Powertech Voice across all Social Channels
- Explore and materialize livestreaming for the local market and coordinate with different departments regarding the workflow, materials needed and special promotion plan
- Work closely with the agency, including liaising with brands, internal teams and selected KOL to gather and create content to achieve business objectives
- Review, identify and refresh KOL and media list based on the monthly communication report
- Communicate with brands and coordinate the materials
- Work with Brand manager to execute all the marketing collaterals and sales channels setup
- Assist in production work of VM materials (including printing, sourcing, organizing and distributing)
- Support materials and equipment sourcing for window displays and liaising and negotiating with vendors for ordering VM displays and props
- Assist in preparing all VM materials for the renovation, new store, pop-up store and events projects
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related studies will have an advantage
- You have 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
- You’re creative & highly innovative, able to connect the dots for new opportunities and think win-win
- You have strong communication, analytical & organizational skills
- You have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- You have ability to work quickly and efficiently in a demanding environment, and highly adaptable to changes
- You are passionate in social media and communication, and ready to go extra miles and take ownership
- You can work under pressure and tight deadline
