Job Description

• Proactively recommend and support the development and implementation of new strategies and concepts to boost volume growth, while keeping margins on target
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities to increase sales and profit
• Implement sales and merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets, execute all aspects of the life-cycle management process, from sourcing, merchandising to market introduction
• Collect, analyze, summarize and present sales performance data to create recommendations to category team and suppliers, and implement improvements
• Review sales performance
• Develop new sourcing and extended products range
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or another relevant field of studies
• 2+ years of experience in Category management, buying or merchandising
• Experience in e-commerce or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Strong numerical sense and detail-oriented
• Good Team Player and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
