We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator (Part-time) to join our professional and dedicated Operations Department based here in Hong Kong. Wait no longer and join us if you want to make a direct and visible impact and contribute to large-scale success! 

Know More About the Team

Our pandamart - Supply Chain department plays a vital part in managing warehouse operation and efficiency. As a key leader within operations, you will lead the supply chain initiatives in ensuring timely and efficient supply, managing a distribution center, optimizing replenishment to store and efficient store space utilization. 

Role Description

• Responsible for PO booking
• Liaise with suppliers by email to confirm the delivery dates and book it in system
• Handle inventory receipt in system
• Handle ad hoc requests or other administrative work

Desired Skills and Experience

• Able to work three weekdays per week (9:30am-6:30pm)
• Warehouse operation background is a surplus
• Comfortable using Excel
• Experience working with large amount of SKUs
• Attention to details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Cantonese
