Job Description

• Coordinate and assist in developing BMW eCommerce
• Maintain and upload content onto BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd owned channels, including but not limited to website and mobile app
• Optimize channel performance by applying AB testing and personalization
• Assist marketing team in eDM delivery and content development
• Work closely with Digital Team in setting scientific tracking on owned digital channels and prepare regular channel performance report
• Proactively use data, reporting and industry benchmarks to provide thoughtful analytics, actionable insights and recommendations
• Perform project management by prioritizing resource utilization and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Essential to maintain the operations of various digital platforms and digital transformation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in Business or IT
• Min 2-3 years of working experience
• Hands-on experience in digital channel handling will be a plus, esp. the knowledge in Google Analytics, Adobe or SalesForce
• Logical and having strong analytical capability
• Organized, detailed minded and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Able to work proactively and independently
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
