Job Description
Responsibilities 職責
- 直播期間於留言窗解答觀眾疑難，提供即時及親切回應。
- 負責活躍直播留言間氣氛、互動，及時幫助回答主播未顧及到的觀眾問題，提升觀眾黏性及轉化下單量等各項直播指標。
- 參與直播前的事前準備，包括直播期間時產品及場地設置，參與烹飪產品，協助直播團隊以更有效的方式呈現商品特性及賣點。
- 於直播其間瞬速了解突發情況並向直播團隊反映及作出即時處理，以優化直播內容。
Requirement 要求
- 香港中學文憑考試五科成績達第二級/ E級或以上
- 良好中、英文書寫能力，懂中文輸入法。
- 具有較強的溝通技巧和表達能力，性格開朗親和，思維活躍，善於拉近與觀眾距離。
- 具備較強應變能力及動策力，提供即時回應及向直播團隊回饋問題。
- 有直播相關或電商工作經驗更佳。
- 需要接受晚班/輪班工作。
- 有煮食相關經驗更佳
