The Job

• Lead Supervisors and Operators to perform operations routines; plan and allocate resources timely and precisely
• Analyze potential areas and develop continuous improvement plans to achieve smooth e-commerce fulfillment centre operations, including but not limited to picking accuracy, on-time completion, stock availability & operations productivity, etc.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members aiming to upskill their work capability and improve the overall standard
• Establish effective communication with e-commerce fulfillment centre, delivery teams and store outlets, and tackle issues to ensure fulfillment of service commitments to customers
• Investigate incidents and take appropriate corrective/preventive actions

The Person

• Higher Diploma or above; Degree holder is preferrable
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or ecommerce management
• Good knowledge of warehouse management system
• Good in MS Office & Microsoft Office 365
• Can read and write basic english
• Teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Problem solver, responsible, and able to work well in fast pace
