Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation of multiple e-commerce channels including orders, products, contents and promotion;
- Responsible for uploading & maintenance of all listed products;
- Monitor stock level to avoid OOS of platforms;
- Handle ad hoc operation tasks about eCommerce channels per request;
- Liaise and coordinate with business partners and related departments on day-to-day business operations;
- Prepare daily operations reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or above with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience;
- Experience in operating HK and Overseas eCommerce platforms is highly preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
- High level of flexibility and adaptability with good problem-solving skills.
