Job Descriptions:

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to drive e-commerce business.
• Develop e-commerce and web solution for business growth.
• Manage different social media platforms (such as Facebook & Instagram) to attract a larger audience, contributing & creating ideas and input on the e-commerce market.
• Provide support in customer service-related activities, such as handling customer enquiries.
• Update product information and website content.
• Co-ordinate seasonal & promotional email & artwork for different promotions.
• Ability to design newsletters and create content.
• Review sales trends manage customer relationship programmes: prepare sales & marketing analysis reports to meet sales objectives.
• Liaise with website company and assist in any technical problems.
• Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Art & Design, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At Least 2 years of relevant experience in social media / digital marketing sector.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Passionate in toys and children industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and basic knowledge in video editing. 
• Well-organized, responsible and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to complete tasks within tight deadline.
• Ability to lead the communications programs from planning to thorough execution.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
