THE ROLE

Main responsibilities:

• You will be the primary system administrator for the Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) environment
• Handle functional & technology design including implementation / coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
• Responsible for hands-on solution design, prototyping and proof-of-concepts
• Perform day-to-day administrative functions including general configuration, user account maintenance, workflow, user support, and other routine tasks
• Regularly perform internal system audits and prepare for the three annual Salesforce updates
• Continuously improve the platform to enable growth and go to market
• Manage data models, import processes, and automations
• Support use case and business unit rollouts
• Identify and mitigate risks in processes and technology
• Provide subject matter expertise, technical leadership, and risk assessment in support of development projects

Skills:

• Have a degree in Computer Science / Business Information Systems or an equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of relevant technical experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud space
• Have a strong technical understanding of template technologies for web and emailing
• Have a strong understanding of CRM related processes and definition of customer journeys
• Have experience in project management
• Service oriented, have strong communication skills and are able to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge in MS Excel and SQL
