Responsibilities: 

• Implement and organize digital marketing activations including but not limited to social media, SEM and display advertising campaigns to increase social followers, drive eShop traffic and conversion
•  Act as PIC for Wilson’s social media (Facebook & IG), perform daily operations including content creation, hands on ad settings, result monitoring and evaluation
• Implement analytical tool to track, gauge and evaluate the performance and ROI of various digital and social campaigns
• Manage CRM activities and regular member eDM including idea, content creation and result evaluation
• Support in e-commerce activities to achieve outlined targets
• Assist in planning and execution of promotion campaigns, development of marketing collaterals and retail POSM, including draft, edit and proofread of all marketing materials to meet the brand standard
• Implement competitor analysis and benchmark on digital aspects
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of all deliverables within designated timeline
•  Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years working experience in any digital marketing role equivalence, experience in retail industry would be preferred
• Hands on Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram and Ads Manager is a must
• Demonstrable experience in managing Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, data analytics experience will be an added advantage
• Result-oriented and able to work independently
• Strong self-motivation and good understanding of online marketing landscape
• Good communications and multi-tasking skills, proficient in English and Chinese
