THE ROLE

Main responsibilities:

• Define and own roadmap, projects and priorities within the area of responsibility to improve customer experience
• Conduct prioritization meetings and align on joined focus topics to enhance shop experience
• Creating Story Maps, Epics and User Stories in order to feed development teams with the required tasks to cater development sprints
• Conduct Userlabs and testings to get more insights into customer behavior and reflect on consumers feedback
• Ability to understand and challenge IT architecture and implementation approaches and debate with developer team on proposed technology
• Documentations of business requirements
• Observe and monitor KPIs (e.g. response time, Traffic, conversion) and execute insight to action
• Continuous observation and analysis of trends and competitors to keep pace with industry standard
• Execution of individual orders, which essentially belong to the main purpose of the position, or result from operational necessity, as instructed by the superior

Requirements

Education 

• Studied economics / Studied computer science / business informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in one corresponding position
• Project management
• Strong understanding of excellent UX/UI
• Understand Web Technologies
• Agile Methodologies / Scrum/ Kanban
• Fluent in English

IT skills

• HTML, Javascript CSS

• Self-motivation
