Our client is an Global Insurance Company. They are looking for experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Description:

• Liaise with users and development team to gather and analyze business requirements
• Produce functional or design specification, prepare test plans and conduct impact analysis on system enhancements
• Ensure application systems are delivered effectively and provide support on project implementation
• Provide support to future system related production issues and handle IT service requests
• Recommend business or technical solutions to users
• Provide system maintenance service in a timely and cost effective manner
• Cooperate with other teams in data processing and security activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' of relevant working experience, preferably gained within insurance / pensions industry
• Experience in using Pensions Administration System
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good project management skills & customer-oriented
• Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English and Cantonese
