Job Description

The E-Commerce Marking Director will lead and manage all aspects of Nourish Clean Beauty E-commerce in Hong Kong. While establishing e-commerce strategy and growth plan, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online strategy, programs, campaigns, and partnering with product management on execution of brand site user experience. You will use your strong analytical, communication, and business oversight skills to solve problems and deliver proactive, insightful analysis. You will identify and implement creative, transformative approaches to business that drive consumer expectations forward. 

Key Responsibilities

·        Partner with Marketing team to establish e-commerce strategy with clear outlines for what accommodations can be made for local nuance

·        Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy and ensure that the online growth strategy aligns with the organization's overall business strategy and corporate priorities

·        Partner with team to ensure e-commerce experience and infrastructure is integrated and fluidly supports user experiences 

·        Develop strong relationships with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations, Regional Ecommerce leaders, IT, Planning, CE, Legal, and Product Management

·        Monitor key drivers of sales and gross profit margin including traffic, average order value, funnels, and conversion to ensure regional teams are on track to meet and exceed business goals

·        Partner with Central Marketing (brand and product) to develop a strong marketing plan that drives brand awareness and interest while being cross-functionally aligned with key product categories and SKUs

·        Identify, quantify, and execute best practice process and cost improvement programs across e-commerce business leveraging analytics and business insights

·        Leverage site analytics to monitor performance and guide action

·        Initiate strategic enhancements/upgrades with business systems and workflow that will improve process and efficiency

·        Identify innovations (technical, merchandising or OMNI-related) that can improve the brand site experience and work with relevant parties to execute

·        Manage milestones, deadlines, and scheduling for multiple simultaneous projects, keeping the team up to date with progress and decisions

·        Communicate to key stakeholders the strategies driving e-commerce and a vision and roadmap for future growth

·        Serve with Digital Product Management as subject matter experts for online commerce across the enterprise

·        Ensure effective communication of all e-commerce initiatives, resulting in consistent understanding of the reasons for, direction of, and expected results of each project.

·        Function as a focal point for progress reporting on key initiatives, including timely updates/presentations to the senior leadership team and key stakeholders.

·        Directly supervise and work closely with the entire e-commerce team.

Qualifications

·        Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related

·        5-10 years of work experience, with considerable experience in an e-commerce experience role

·        Experience in managing a team

·        Deep understanding of consumer-centric e-commerce site

·        Strong technical expertise in managing complex global e-commerce platform initiatives

·        Ability to partner cross-functionally with regional leaders on various priorities and objectives

·        Ability to influence others and champion projects

·        Passion to drive top line growth through marketing, analytics, and multi-channel leverage

·        Ability to innovate, lead, analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on strategic questions
