-      Assist in operating and developing the e-commerce platform

-      Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers in respond to product and order inquiries

-      Prepare regular reports for promotion evaluation and sales performance

-      Handle all operation support including order fulfillment and delivery procedures

-      Handle general clerical work and administration duties

-      Execute E-commerce marketing promotions

-      Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

-      Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, E-commerce or related disciplines

-      At least one year solid experience in E-commerce or online marketing business

-      Experience in E-commerce platform operations and website maintenance is preferably

-      Self-initiated individual with good team spirit, analytical mindset, attentive details and problem solving skill. Ability to work independently and under pressure

-      Familiar with social media culture and media tools such as Facebook and Instagram

-      Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing is a MUST;

-      Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-      Immediately available is preferable
