Responsibilities

• Assist the day to day e-commerce operations, processing orders, customer service and managing administrative tasks.
• Assist the E-comm Manager in the execution of content and visual merchandizing to dive the eCommerce business while ensuring the best possible customer experience.
• Editing and uploading product images, optimizing product pages and support with photoshoots.
• Support E-comm Manager to plan and implement online sales promotion and marketing program.
• Assist in the strategy and analysis of the website’s performance to help improve and increase revenue month by month.
• Support and update social media accounts.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• Experience with eCommerce, preferably working for fashion and lifestyle brands
• Shopify and Web program knowledge, AI and Photoshop skill is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Motivated, disciplined and flexible team player
