Responsibilities:

• Oversee e-commerce platforms to achieve sales goals, raise brand awareness and ensure high standard of customer service.
• Lead and collaborate with different stakeholders, including internal teammates and external vendors for various e-commerce projects such as e-shop, website, mobile app from planning, implementation to maintenance.
• Manage day-to-day operation and update content materials of e-commerce platforms (such as online marketing campaigns, new product launch and demonstrations, product catalogue, price change and other sales and marketing events).
• Develop and implement online advertising and promotion plans for Company products.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, logistic and retail teams to ensure sales objective and needs are being properly addressed at online business level.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels and goals by using different analytic tools, and provide suggestion to key stakeholders. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Over 5 years working experience in e-commerce operations & online advertising, including at least 3 years in managerial position, preferably in toys, gifts or FMCG. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant E-Commerce Manager.
• Experience in setting up e-commerce platforms is definitely a bonus.
• Experience in using digital and analytic tools to access traffic and conversion performance.
• A track record of using strong project and vendor management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget. 
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, well-organized, and attentive to details.
• Excellent command in English and Chinese.
