Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage the company online website and marketplaces
- Create and manage social media content and help build online branding
- Manage influencer marketing across multiple channels
- Provide online customer service and manage communications with customers by responding to customer product and order inquiry
- Responsible for daily ecommerce operation including product listing, pricing updates, websites content updates etc
- Handle ad hoc tasks and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years experience in eCcommerce & social media platforms
- Proficient in MS Office & internet skills
- Strong verbal & written communications skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to learn, proactive, result-driven and strong analytical skills
