• Plan, execute daily operation and AB test for social media marketing; identify key insights and propose action plan to achieve the marketing KPIs including but not limited to customer engagement, traffic, awareness and conversion
• Develop and implement App marketing plan to drive user acquisition and stickiness; support the UI/UX optimization for both App and website for better customer journey 
• Conduct customer segmentation by obtaining customers insights and analysing shopping and spending behaviors 
• Support the Manager to formulate holistic CRM strategy in order to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop tactical program to drive customer acquisition and retention; evaluate campaign performance with recommendations for improvement

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in digital and App marketing
• Sound knowledge in web, App, social analytics and data interpretation
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills, well-organized with attention to details
• Creative, presentable, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in photo-editing tools and passionate about social media trend will be an advantage
