Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle customer' enquiries or complaints in a friendly, professional & courteous manner via Telephone, Livechat and Email
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the customer order is delivered on time
• Follow up orders from order placed to delivery & provide after sales service
• Comprehensive product program followed by ongoing support and training
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• 5-day work week (Shift required)

Requirements : 

• F.5 / DSE or above
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing
• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
• Immediately available is highly preferred
