Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the system development lifecycle including system design, development and testing process
- Gather and understand business requirement thoroughly and provide comprehensive E2E business solutions
- Collaborate with software developers and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Conduct sales & financial analysis and apply analytics information to business units
- Monitor system performance, system logs and provide system support
- Work closely with Business Process Manager and assist in any ad hoc projects when needed
- Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in E-commerce or Supply Chain industry
- Knowledge of technical skills including SQL, JavaScript or Python would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
