• Good Communicator with positive and proactive manner
• Comfortable to work with different professionals in English and Cantonese
• Be motivated to take challenges and master multiple tasks and projects in account servicing and project management in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage business requirements workflow, data flow and documentation. Act as an important bridge between Clients, Design Teams and Development Teams to ensure the business requirements well address business needs.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while strengthening relationships with clients with quality communication.
• Develop, review, and modify U.I., workflow, dataflow and design with proper documentations related to the development requirements
• Co-operate with project manager to achieve the project objectives & milestones
• Taking phone calls, Whatsapp and emails from clients
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend optimal Business process and System functionality
• Enhance the overall user experience on various applications
• Manage Ad-hoc task analysing, routing and progress monitoring
