Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, project samples and working materials
• Break projects into doable milestones and set timeframes
• Update project management systems accordingly and on daily basis, including those from clients
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management via RSP (resource planning sheet)
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot and handle any issues and blockers that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Report to the client and solve & follow up on issues raised by the client

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Diploma or certificate in related discipline(s)
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua (optional)
• Detail-minded, independent and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and cope with fast pace working culture
• Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
• Good communication and organization skills
• Good project or order management skills with high efficiency
• Immediately available is preferred
