I AM MAMA sells premium quality packaged food products. We have evolved from e-commerce business, commanding a FB following of 320,000; to adopt an online-to-offline business model, with our first store opened at The Mills.

In order to cope with our business expansion, we are now inviting high calibre candidates to join our team as Ecommerce Officer. You will have a chance to work at a fast-paced mission driven company that brings top quality food and household products to the HK market.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

• Support E-commerce business and daily operations including sales orders, inventory control, product packing and logistics arrangement etc.
• Provide operational support in marketing and sales promotional campaigns
• Analyze and prepare performance reports
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Preferably 1 years’ relevant working experience, experience in e-Commerce/logistics is an advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Experience in using WMS or inventory systems (e.g. Odoo) preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and attentive to details.
• Willing to learn, can work independently, work under pressure
• Immediately Available preferred 

Job Details:

• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)
• Working time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Location: Chai Wan
