Responsibilities

• Develop the marketing strategies and execution plans in aligning to brand / business direction to raise product awareness, audience growth, and expand customer base;
• Establish launching plan for upcoming products to market and create plans to improve in-season product line sales that meet and exceed business objectives;
• Drive marketing channel strategy including, but not limited to, PR, events, social, advertising, database marketing, trade & partner marketing, brand collaborations etc;
• Working with the design team on materials including but not limited to in-shop and external collateral, leaflets, posters and panels. From concept, content creation to layout, production to distribution;
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
• Managing the brand’s website, social media and mobile app. Build enthusiasm and momentum for our marketing initiatives.;
• Establish and develop strong partnerships with business partners;
• Drive the loyalty program to engage and reward our loyal customers;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Communications Marketing and Journalism or related discipline;
• 5+ years related experience in marketing management, experience in FMCG, retail, beauty, healthcare or luxury industries are preferred;
•  ands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console;
• Strong network with the media, press and KOL is preferred;
•  Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, detailed oriented, creative and passionate in agile environment;
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
