Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist to implement new growth tactics and marketing methods;
  • Collaborative relationships with marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure seamless process with campaign ad building and content planning;

  • Research and advice on new content formats, innovations, best practices, channels and platforms that may be of interest to the brand;

  • Identify and create viral growth through referral marketing and other growth hacking techniques;

  • Analytically minded with campaigns, reporting on our owned social channels and website. Knowledge in reporting and analytics platform;

  • Prepare key performance reports of channel and campaign in weekly and monthly basis;

  • Revamp brand website and monitoring brand sentiment, and areas of opportunity via conversation trends;

  • Community Management and Customer Care. Ensuring answer customer queries in a timely and effective manner;

  • Crisis Management, raising and identifying any negative sentiment and comments of concern that are potentially brand damaging. Reporting these to the manager.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Marketing, eCommerce or related disciplines;

  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in digital and social media marketing, fashion retail related is a plus;

  • Experienced in executing social media strategies with English & Chinese copywriting;

  • An enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for social media & innovations.

    Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing state;

  • Community management and crisis management experience;

  • Ability to multi-task and keep projects moving, meeting deadlines and managing key stakeholders;

  • Written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);

  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
