Job Description
Our client is a reputable luxury brand retailer, they are seeking for a CRM / Loyalty Marketer to lead the CRM team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long term strategy on customer acquisition and retention. Build sustainable CRM program to optimize customer journey.
- Manage and analyze customer data to generate insights that benefit to the business and long term growth.
- Review efficiency of existing loyalty program and set plans for new programs.
- Perform segmentation of customers and develop unique campaigns to target each group and achieve optimal sales result.
- Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to refine CRM programs.
- Work with CRM agency and IT team to design and refine CRM apps.
- Assist in system implementation and data migration.
- Manage internal team to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Degree holder and minimum 6-8 years experience in CRM or loyalty marketing. Experience in luxury industry highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge in consumer data analysis and loyalty program formation.
- Solid experience in customer acquisition, segmentation and retention.
- Strong team player with capability to work with cross-functional team.
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
