• Conduct business and competitive analysis for forecasting and planning; suggest essential acts to boost sales and transactions
• Develop and execute sales strategy of the eCommerce business across, e.g. search, display, paid media and analytical measurement.
• Identify and establish strategic partnership with regional channel partners (including major Third-party platforms and corresponding vendors)
• Align with the corresponding project/product managers to realize the features and implement the products
• Oversee the whole product cycle (planning, researching, designing, developing, and implementing) of Cross-border eCommerce products

• Bachelor Degree
• 4+ years’ experience in cross-board eCommerce management – Sales & Transaction driven
• In-depth experience working with major third-party market places and vendors is a must (e.g. Facebook , IG, Mewe, Wechat etc) 
• Video editing, create story board
• Experience obtained from Toys or Consumer Electronic product is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions teams especially marketing and operation
• Strong analytical and strategic planning background Proficient in MS Excel
