Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, integrating, coordinating, analyzing and evaluating Integrated Logistics (IL) in relation to the acquisition
• Coordinates IL and/or input to evaluation plans and reports, and develops IL requirements
• Assists in the development of cost estimates, cost evaluations, programmatic evaluations, risks management planning, development of program management requirements, and work statements
• Oversees program reviews evaluating cost, schedule and performance of industry partner execution
• Utilizes logistics models to evaluate system suitability
• Coordinates integration efforts with other contracting personnel and operations to assure efforts are on coordinated and to identify and resolve problems
• Responsible for the management of all warehouse and logistics processes to include: shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of materials
• Monitor in the delivery of service KPI and customer maintenance
• Reporting and analysis on efficiency, rate card update and profitability of account
• Interact with all levels within the organization on all areas related to the assigned accounts
• Problem shooting in the daily execution of service
• Preparing response to tenders
• Analyze the existing delivery process and performance for continuous improvement 
• Manage in projects

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holders preferable but not essential with sufficient relevant job experience
• Minimum 10 relevant contract and Ecommerce logistics experience
• Independent P&L responsibility for logistic business unit
• Familiar with logistic processes and setting KPI
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese language
• Strong in Customer Relationships, conflict and risk management
• Good Negotiation skill and account planning
• Excellent command of PC knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint
