You will work with our Home team which is the largest home services business in Hong Kong. You will be given a great level of autonomy and great adventures – you are the key element to broaden our supplier pool!

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisition, contract signing, onboarding, training and payroll
• Responsible for supplier management
• Conduct market research on industry practice
• Build strong relationships with various organizations (including NGO, Institutions, Corporations) on talent acquisition (e.g. career fair, company introduction and job sharing)
• Handle Supplier’s inquiries via call & whatsapp 
• Educate/follow up/emergency handling with suppliers based on customer’s feedback 
• Handle and solve any potential operational issues / requests which our service providers may have 
• Follow procedures and bring in new ideas for improvement 

Requirements  

• Good communication skills with fluency in both English and Cantonese 
• Strong people skills – outgoing personality (you must meet our partners and service providers) 
• Patient and detail-oriented, confident, friendly, have a strong ethic and positive attitude 
• Ability to multitask in an organized manner in the fast-paced working environment 
• Good team player
• Enjoy building long-term relationships based on trust and improving the way business is done 
• At least 2-3 years of working experience
