SUMMARY:

We’re seeking an individual who’s passionate about supply chain and logistics and has a strong desire to drive the operational excellence in our logistics program.  We’re looking for a Logistics/Warehouse Operations Specialist who has the know-how, drive and experience to provide actionable insights into our eCommerce Supply Chain Logistics processes. This role will work interdisciplinary with our Inventory Planning, Production and Sourcing team and Logistics Services Providers (LSPs). 

 DUTIES A ND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 40% of your time will be managing our small warehouse in Kwun Tong and you will drive and own the entire warehouse operations such as warehouse In/Out Operations, Samples Fulfilment, Products relabelling and Repacking etc.
• 60% of your time will be helping the Global Export and Import program such as booking, shipment document preparation, freight tracking and check-ins.
• Data-Entry management for all related activities such as NS, CRM and Excel updates.
• Communicate with internal & overseas customers and or vendors to ensure a smooth running of the process.
• Prepare and dispatch shipments per execution plan and coordinate with Vendors/Factories, 3PLs and LSPs for day-to-day operations.
• Manage warehouse transfers between our global warehouse locations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Form 5/DSE or above.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics, eCommerce preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle a 15KG carton in the warehouse environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent knowledge and experience to create a full set of Air and Ocean and Small Parcel exports documents.
• Excellent understanding in International Logistics, warehouse/3PL operations and workflow.
• Prior experience in B2C Fulfilment, eCommerce order management a plus.
• Basic analytic skills and good sense in numbers.
• Self-starter: results oriented and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of 3PLC, FedEx and DHL shipping manager is a plus.
