• To work closely with E-commerce Manager on the daily maintenance of Online shop ran on Shopify.
• To process customer orders daily and ensure products are delivered on time and in excellent conditions.
• To pick and pack customer orders daily and efficiently.
• To work closely with a production kitchen and logistic partners to ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered on time and in excellent conditions.
• To answer customer enquires related to Online Shop including but not limited to order status checking, compensation negotiation, and products recommendation.
• To maintain the internal register record and perform the daily closing procedure, making sure payments are properly reconciled.
• To maintain a good relationship with logistic partners so that daily order fulfillment through these partners are well planned and well taken care of.
• To be resourceful and proactive in planning and executing festive/campaign order fulfillment which often involves a close partnership with internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Education background of E-commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain is preferable.
• Minimum 2years of working experience in sizeable companies that involve daily cross-departmental collaboration.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced E-commerce operation position is preferable.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Very good common of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• 5-day work week and weekend shift is a MUST.
• Be able to deliver consistent routine work with an eye for detail.
• Be able to come up with solutions to problems with minimal supervision.
• Sound knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in a spreadsheet program such as MS Excel.
• Immediately available preferred.
