This is an opportunity to become a highly impactful contributor to a rapidly growing business. We need a Category Trainee/ Category Executive who can initiate, implement and review the strategy of “HK brand” category and assist in implementing the strategy of cross-border business. Ultimately, this person is responsible for selecting the good products, maintaining relationship with suppliers, and formulating the strategic plans to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Actively expand product assortments on HK brand category
• Negotiate with suppliers on product costs and promotion offers
• Formulate order forecast and maintain healthy inventory
• Communicate with internal teams such as marketing, CS, warehouse and other supporting teams to maximize the efficiency
• Frequent market visits to identify market potential
• Research customer behaviour to facilitate the business growth
• Prepare sales reports for management review
• Assist in administrative support to the team and ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates with high potential are also welcomed 
• Passionate about HK brands
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skill and able to prioritize tasks
• Eager to learn and adaptable to changes with “Can-do” attitude
• Able to work in high pressure and fast-paced environment
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
