We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Senior Corporate Account Management Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated Corporate Team based here in Hong Kong. Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments. Our Corporate Account Management team partners closely with many of the world’s biggest corporate brands to develop food solutions that feed strong businesses and brands. We enjoy seeing our clients grow with us as we simplify their complex food requirements through our exceptional account management skills and connecting them with some of the best restaurants Hong Kong has to offer.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Using data to identify key accounts for revenue growth within your assigned portfolio 
  • Proactively nurture and grow each of your assigned accounts by pitching new restaurants, verticals, product features and marketing initiatives
  • Understand each of your corporate account food requirements and requests to plan and create menu proposals while liaising with required departments
  • Build good relationships with existing clients by meeting up regularly and assess room for growth
  • Cultivate relationships and manage new and recurring clients — you'll do anything it takes to keep them happy and upsell their business
  • Reactivate inactive accounts and upsell and cross sell new products to potential clients
  • Come up with creative (and automated) processes to consistently take care of your clients in an efficient manner
  • Provide constructive and innovative ideas to improve our product based on customer feedback

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 3 or more years of sales, account management, or client success experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to work independently
  • High EQ and adept at building relationships
  • Able to achieve your monthly/quarterly target under team lead limit instructions
  • High bandwidth - you have no problem juggling multiple tasks and accounts at once
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and have great organizational skills
  • Excellent command of both English and Cantonese (and preferably Mandarin too)
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and engaging on all communication mediums
  • Ability to strategically think and analyze the needs of clients
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively and proactively with colleagues inside and outside the department
  • Excellent business, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
  • Restaurant or food experience or interest is a plus!
