Job Description
TEXCON is looking for a DYNAMIC and MOTIVATED candidate with the below requirements to join our team :
- Min 5yrs experience on GARMENT TRADING focus on casual clothing e.g. denim jeanswear, padding jackets/outerwear and cotton knit (jersey / fleece, etc).
- Diploma in Textile & Clothing or related qualification is preferred
- Must have strong technical knowledge, good organization skills, & problem solving to manage orders independently from costing & sample development until final shipment.
- Strong sourcing background (China and off-shore i.e. Bangladesh)
- Good command of English (speaking & writing) to communicate with overseas buyers directly in daily follow up.
- Able to develop good customer relationships independently
- Base Salary + % sales commission
- Previous experience to work USA & South America, Mexico, Chile, Brazil etc.
