Job Duties

• Develop and implement effective SEO/SEM strategies;
• Plan, execute, and optimise on-page website content and landing pages to obtain high click through rate and high conversion rate;
• Continuous Monitoring & Optimising the performance of our keyword ranking and market share including discovery and expansion, prioritisation and optimisation of keyword set and key webpages;
• Refine and improve keyword lists and to maximum performance using a variety of PPC best practices;
• Track social media page performance & create performance reports to extract insights and suggest actionable next steps;
• Identify improvement of eCommerce Website layout and content to improve the user experience and hence the conversion rate, order size and transaction volume;
• Monitor, analyze and report keyword, traffic and SEO performance such as bounce rate, ranking and conversion rate
• Work closely to our product, sale & marketing team
• Other duties assigned by supervisors 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce/Data mining/ Information Technology or related disciplines 
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience working within Google Analytics and Google AdsPaid, social advertising experience, including Facebook Ads (required) and other social platforms (preferred)
• Good with Data Analysis, Extracting Opportunity via Data, Analytical and Creativity is also a key
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and good command of written and spoken English
• Attentive to details, excellent analytical skills and able to work independently
