Job Purpose:

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to work in our Hong Kong office. This exciting position will play a major role in driving awareness, traffic and sales across Farfetch.com and Zalora.com, as well as optimising our own digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with solid third-party platform management experience as well as someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple campaigns.

Third-party platform management

  • Total management of the operations and relationships with our third-party platforms – from ensuring timely and accurate upload of products through to optimisation of channel revenue – developing a clear calendar of initiatives and strategies to further promote and grow the business
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the JOYCE business on the performance (measuring against challenging KPIs) – giving insights and recommendations to tweak and improve our approach
  • Provide clear and regular communication with platform providers with a view to maintain lasting and constructive relationships
  • Operations-focused role. Able to get new products onto the platforms, providing images and accurate product and pricing information as well as manage and resolve any logistics enquiries
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the market landscape and identify opportunities to work new platform providers
  • Use market knowledge to contribute to the direction and optimisation of our third-party platform efforts
  • Look to find efficiencies in our processes to automate tasks and work more effectively (e.g. product uploads, inventory management, reporting)
  • Serve as the technical representative for discussions with third-parties to drive increased engagement
  • Work closely with Marketing team to respond to any platform provider queries or new opportunities
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; marketing/communication is preferred
  • 5 years E-commerce third-party platform management experience (Farfetch/Amazon/Zalora/Tmall etc.), ideally in fashion/ luxury brands industry
  • Strategic thinker, have solid experience in creative marketing and social marketing. Good at agency management
  • Digital E-commerce experience in luxury, fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle, retail industry
  • Good knowledge in online marketing and third-party E-commerce landscape with technical knowledge of web tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and processes with experience in devising and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of E-commerce, retail – merchandising, sales, customer service, competitors, logistics as well as awareness of global E-Commerce trends
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, collaborative with strong influencing, relationship-building, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word · Excellent command of written and spoken English
