Job Description

Purpose and Objective of the Role
  • Develop, implement and maintain the loyalty program of DFS
  • Oversee the worldwide Client Services Teams and to ensure a smooth operation of the loyalty program and an efficient & effective program management
  • Establish and maintain a scalable CRM system to gather valuable information from all customer touch points so as to better understand our customers

Loyalty Program Development

  • Overseas the Loyal T Program operation and services provided by Divisional CS teams
  • Leverage member insights to drive store performance is strategies focused on growing, developing member base including local customer retention, cross sell to new categories
  • Collaborate with Division CRM to develop and execute the member engagement strategy to drive member experience, retention & loyalty
  • Drive innovation to enrich DFS Loyalty program 
  • Manager digital touch points : dfs.com, WeChat Member Mini program, Loyalty Program APP
  • Overseas the Loyal T program profitability with direct Manager
  • Oversee Division CRM activities and provide Best Practice sharing 
  • CRM Operations support SOP, Training, Legal & Compliance

Client Services & Program Operations

  • Establish global Loyalty program operation manual and guidance; conduct training and support Division's CRM team
  • Divisional CS budget monitoring
  • Monthly CSM touch base and 1-1 catch up 
  • Work closely with Finance and Legal & Compliance for new corporate policy & regulations 
  • Work closely with Clienteling team to provide
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's / University degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field required
  • At least 6 -8 years of working experience on Loyalty Program Management
  • Experience in managing loyalty program, credit card marketing is a Plus
  • Solid understanding of retail is a Plus

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities
  • Exceptional decision making , communication, inter-personal and project management skills
