Our Client is a one of the Fortune Global 500 Companies. They are now looking for Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Facilities & Supplier team. This position will be under a one-year contract, subject to renewal.

Job Description

• Handle hydrocarbon product shipment administration, including full set of shipping document, permit application, customs declaration & related documentation
• Appoint surveyor inspection, updating various shipping records and monthly reports
• Manage additives inventory & schedule additive supply according to the business needs in a most optimal way
• Analyze barge sales order operations and prepare reports for business review.
• Provide administrative support to the department including process purchase orders, work orders, payment, invoice settlement and other ad-hoc activities

Job Requirement

• Associate degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
• Experience in logistics, international freight, payment or invoice processing, custom clearance is an advantage
• Proficient in EPR system
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome, immediately available is highly preferred
