Job Description

Executive Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, Deploy & Drive visible strategic projects, working cross-functionally to structure problems, analyse opportunities and develop solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous data driven process across Asia offices.
  • Drive the operational cadence for the group, measure and tract critical KPIs and initiatives, and communicate & present to C-Level Executives, Country Operations, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity & risk, rational, and execution plans to achieve the vision for the opportunity including product, Go to Market Strategies, change management and new business model if required.
  • Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
  • Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required.
  • Work with cross-functional team (product/engineering, marketing, country operations to execute on growth/transformation opportunities
  • Will own and be responsible for managing change across many initiatives essential to operationalizing the company's goals and vision
  • Will lead in the implementation of evidence-based decision making, apply thoughtful analytics to business opportunities/risk, and identify success metrics/develop reporting to track progress against the goals.
  • Manage a team of Country Special Projects Leads, work closely together with the GTM team members and along with all internal relevant stakeholders, e.g. Country’s MD, Change Management Specialist, Trainers, etc, to ensure the seamless execution of the plan, which drive the business outcomes, product adoptions, or other measurement metrics.
  • Be the internal and external advocate, in communicating the unification, transformation and special projects initiatives to all stakeholders.
Skills, Experience & Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience with a mix of strategy, business operations in a technology company or top-tier consulting firm with leadership positions in marketing, digital and/or advertising sales, ideally with experience in driving product deployment go to market initiatives
  • Extensive experience with operations strategy in planning, development, deployment, and modelling.
  • Experience in driving large and complex initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success
  • Strong leadership, analytical and financial skills to solve complex business problems
  • People development and influencing skills; able to build and lead strong teams
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills with Executive Level communication experience
  • Proven track record of operational excellence, exceptional analytical skills and execution abilities with get-it-done attitude and approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and team orchestration skills.
  • Ability to define a strategy, translate it into an actionable plan while leading & directing a team for execution excellence
  • Proven track record of structuring and delivering complex cross-functional work programs on time and to spec.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; flexibility to pitch messaging to various seniority levels.
