The main responsibility of this role is to assist the management of sales and marketing operations and to support in APAC regional office under the supervision of a country head.  

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management & New Business Development

• Sales management of current retail chain, eCom clients 
• Explore new business development to achieve sales budget as assigned by department head
• Plan and execute sales budget plan and sales forcast
• Assist in daily sales administrative duties such as retail store promoter management, merchandising display, replenish stock if needed
• Help with the planning and hosting of sales events in retail stores

 2. Marketing Management & Operations

• Prepare detailed marketing proposals and promotional presentations, POSM design thinking
• Manage Google Ads account for promoting our online store
• Assist in planning and implementation of all marketing and advertising promotional activities such as offline and online sales promotion, trade exhibition, and trade magazine
• Perform market analysis and research on the latest food trend
• Research and evaluate competitors through marketing and digital content     

 3. Office Administrative Support

• Participate in APAC region supportive role
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the department head

Required profile:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or Food industry or account managment, eCom experience would be an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of foodservice best practices and network is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
• Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel Pivot Table and Adobe software
• Passion for food, and a strong desire, humble to learn along with a professional drive
  
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads will be a definite plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
