Job Description
Identifying e-commerce as a key area of our business expansion, we are now looking for talents to grow our business together. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for:
- Provide services and product knowledge (given) to e-Commerce customers (B2C, B2B), as to create high customer online satisfaction and experience
- Assist in developing product content marketing to drive sales conversions and meet KPIs
- Keep fast response to customer enquiries, complaints, quotations, order status and after-sales services on digital platforms
- Work closely with internal teams to manage order processing cycle, make quotations, and resolve customer issues
